Full Time Summary The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies within the transportation and logistics industry. They develop and implement compliance programs, monitor compliance activities, and provide guidance to mitigate risks. The Compliance Manager plays a critical role in maintaining a strong ethical culture and promoting regulatory compliance throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for outlining processes and documentation for supportOversees the day-to-day operational supporting CargoWise reports and ACE portal supportMaintains and manages customer service requests by internal stakeholdersProvides production applications support as neededManages and monitors existing functionalities and define new functionality as needed for application integrity and optimizationInterfaces with internal and external technical staff and stakeholders to define application solutions, problem resolution and troubleshooting.

Support and generate reports for management informed decisionsSupport brokerage business through CargoWise applicationSupports business/sales organization during tender/RFQ process related to customer integration from a business perspectiveFirst point of contact for local business, sales organization when an integration and/or adjustment is requestedResponsible for technical documentation of system components and processesDefines and create test scenarios for messages related to the integration request, inbound & outboundPerform User Acceptance Tests (UAT) within agreed timelineActs as the first point of contact for business after Go-live, monitor, troubleshoot and create incident for any issue during hyper-care phase.

Strong understanding of BrokerageExperience with SQL, ERP, databasesUnderstanding of 3rd party logistics, transportation systems, and/or warehouse management is preferredKnowledge of leading industry technologies with a strong knowledge around IT governance, project planning, and the technological usage/alternatives available in a multi-platform environmentThorough understanding of XML and EDI is highly beneficialGeneral understanding of the SCM including and not limited to: Forwarding, US Customs, MQ, AMS, ABI, ACH, Drawback, Declarations, Commercial Invoicing, Manifests, Bookings, Purchase Orders, HTS, ISFGeneral understanding of Export is a plusPC literacy with a command of MS Office to include Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Teams, etc.

Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or universityMinimum 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience For this position, the expected base pay is: $86,500 - $129,500 / Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location and other objective business considerations.
