Job Description

Summary:
The Regulatory Manager is responsible for providing regulatory compliance support to ensure global consumer product compliance.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret global regulatory requirements and their impact on product lines. Provide directional support and creative strategic solutions for new and current product lines to ensure compliance with global regulations and corporate policies. Manage and maintain classification and labeling evaluations for new and current product compliance. Manage labeling compliance updates and provide support to the Marketing team for artwork development and modifications. Coordinate product testing and certification for global distribution. Coordinate the preparation and submission of technical documentation to domestic and international customers and authorities. Provide assistance to the domestic and international sales teams for national product registrations and technical support. Lead and coordinate the organization's response to regulatory inspections. Providing technical support, compiling and presenting supporting documentation, and effectively representing and advocating for the company's compliance decisions and practices. Manage and maintain product compliance records. Monitor global and state-level Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) legislation, ensuring product registrations and fee calculations are accurate.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a science related field OR 3 years of compliance related experience. Possess working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and systems. Strong research skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Salary:
