This role is critical to keeping our facility running smoothly, accurately, and within all applicable state regulatory requirements. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.(1099) What You'll Do Maintain accurate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real time Manage and update required facility logs and compliance documentation Operate and maintain records within state-mandated seed-to-sale tracking software Support facility management across multiple departments as needed Ensure all record-keeping practices meet Oklahoma state regulatory standards Identify and proactively address compliance gaps before they become issues What We're Looking For Proven experience with Oklahoma state compliance regulations and reporting requirements Proficiency in seed-to-sale tracking platforms (state-required software experience a must) Strong count accuracy and attention to detail — errors matter here Solid record-keeping and documentation habits Flexibility to support multiple departments and adapt to shifting priorities Positive, team-first attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves Preferred Qualifications Active OMMA Credentials. Prior experience in a licensed Oklahoma facility Familiarity with Oklahoma compliance audits and inspection readiness Why This Role?
