regulations ? A stable, mission-driven organization in Central Pennsylvania is seeking a HUD Section 8 Compliance Supervisor to lead compliance operations within a multifamily housing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in HUD compliance, Section 8 program administration, affordable housing compliance, contract administration, multifamily housing operations, voucher management, or housing assistance programs . Responsibilities Supervise a team responsible for HUD Section 8 voucher processing and special claims administration Ensure compliance with HUD regulations, HUD Handbook 4350.3, Annual Contributions Contract (ACC) requirements, and internal policies Oversee TRACS compliance, voucher submissions, transmission monitoring, and error resolution Review and resolve special claims, appeals, compliance issues, and payment discrepancies Serve as subject matter expert for HUD multifamily housing compliance Provide coaching, mentorship, training, and performance feedback to team members Prepare reports, audit documentation, compliance records, and operational updates Partner with software vendors, internal teams, and housing stakeholders Monitor workflow performance and improve operational efficiency Communicate regulatory updates and policy changes

QualificationsRequired:

3+ years of experience in HUD multifamily housing, affordable housing compliance, or Section 8 administration Strong knowledge of HUD Handbook 4350.3 Experience with: HUD compliance Section 8 housing programs Affordable housing regulations Voucher administration Housing assistance payments Multifamily housing compliance

Preferred:
