Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Compliance & Outreach Director to lead regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and community engagement efforts. This role is ideal for a healthcare leader with a strong clinical background and expertise in home health regulations who is passionate about driving growth, ensuring compliance, and building strong referral networks.
Qualifications:
✔ BSN, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field (Required) ✔ Active RN License in Pennsylvania (Required) ✔ Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience in home health or healthcare compliance ✔ Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation (COPs), state regulations, and accreditation standards ✔ Experience in compliance audits, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness ✔ Proven ability to build and maintain referral relationships and lead outreach initiatives ✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills ✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, and bilingual environment preferred
Your Role & Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee clinical compliance programs, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and CHAP accreditation standards Develop, implement, and monitor policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and prepare for CHAP, state, and federal surveys Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and quality teams to maintain high standards of patient care Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies Plan and execute outreach strategies to expand referral networks and community partnerships Attend community events, networking meetings, and healthcare outreach initiatives Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and referral sources Provide staff training on compliance, documentation, and regulatory updates Analyze performance metrics and implement corrective action plans when needed Report directly to the Administrator and contribute to strategic growth initiatives Maintain scheduling and staffing coverage Participate in performance improvement and infection control activities
