Manager ,Operations & Compliance [US based operating501[3][c] $160,000 - $ 210,000 + Bonus Pittsburgh A growing, International - A I U S based private operating foundation 501[c][3] searching for a Manager, Operations & Compliance . Manage the workflow for MOUs, contracts & partnership agreements for Global projects . Own the end to end process for agreement cycle management : intake , routing to appropriate reviewers [ grant compliance counsel, outside legal] . Drive day to Day enforcement of compliance policies . Serve as the single point of accountability in-country compliance and reporting across International program entities . Coordinate IP related workstreams including trademark filings , ownership frameworks and protections for proprietary a I tools & program generated data . Experience Experience with a 501[c][3] operating internationally 5-12 experience in operations , compliance or non-profit with exposure to International organizations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office , Google Workspace Experience with project management or workflow tools [ Asana,Monday.com , Smartsheet,etc. ] Compliance tracking systems
