This role is ideal for someone with prior home care agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands caregiver compliance requirements, and can effectively support employees throughout their employment journey. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, experience managing high caregiver volume, knowledge of home care regulations, and the ability to build professional relationships while maintaining compliance and operational efficiency. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Paid time off and company benefits What You'll Do Caregiver HR Management & Employee Relations Manage and support a caseload of 200+ caregivers Serve as a primary point of contact for caregiver questions and support Address employee relations concerns professionally and confidentially Support caregiver engagement and retention initiatives Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules, documentation, payroll, and employment matters Compliance & Credential Management Ensure caregiver files remain compliant with state regulations and company policies Monitor expiring credentials, physicals, clearances, licenses, and required documentation Maintain accurate employee records and audit-ready files Assist with EVV compliance and home care regulatory requirements Work proactively to prevent compliance gaps Onboarding & Hiring Support Conduct caregiver onboarding and orientation Assist with interviewing, screening, hiring, and onboarding new caregivers Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately and timely Support new hires throughout the onboarding process Payroll & Administrative Support Assist caregivers with payroll questions and paystub explanations Review payroll discrepancies and coordinate resolutions when needed Maintain accurate documentation and HR records Collaborate with staffing coordinators, operations, and leadership teams What We're Looking For Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience within a home care agency
REQUIRED
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred Experience managing high-volume caregiver caseloads Strong understanding of home care compliance requirements and caregiver documentation Knowledge of EVV systems and home care operations preferred Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Experience handling payroll inquiries and employee support Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Why Fox Chase Home Care?
