Compensation:
$11,840 annually Paid Monthly Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR / Compliance Manager to support staffing operations and ensure full compliance within a residential group home program. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate staff records and ensuring all regulatory and training requirements are consistently met. The ideal candidate has experience in HR and compliance within structured or regulated environments and is comfortable managing documentation and deadlines. Key Responsibilities Oversee hiring processes, including job postings, candidate tracking. Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records and personnel files Track and monitor staff training, clearances, and compliance requirements Ensure all documentation meets state licensing and regulatory standards Support audits by preparing and organizing required HR and compliance documentation Collaborate with leadership to address staffing needs and compliance updates Maintain systems for tracking certifications, renewals, and required trainings
Manages:
None Reports to: Owner Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HR, compliance, or administrative roles Knowledge of staffing practices and compliance requirements in regulated environments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism Experience in human services, healthcare, or residential settings preferred Degree not required — relevant experience is highly valued Compensation & Schedule Annual salary: $ 11,840 Part-time schedule: 1hours per week Paid Monthly In-person role based in Philadelphia Ideal Candidate Highly organized with strong documentation and tracking skills Proactive in ensuring compliance and meeting deadlines Comfortable working in a structured, audit-driven environment Strong communicator with the ability to support both staff and leadership Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise will directly enhance the lives of residents and staff alike!
