DOE - Contract, Part-Time, Consulting, or Long-Term Opportunities Available Job Summary Quality Supportive Services is seeking an experienced and motivated Administrator or Consultant to assist with the development, licensing, compliance, and operational oversight of a Washington Supported Living Services program serving individuals with developmental disabilities and community-based support needs. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to help shape and build a compassionate, person-centered supported living organization from the ground up. DDA/DSHS
regulations, supported living operations, compliance systems, staff oversight, and program development. Key Responsibilities Assist with supported living administrative operations and program development Help oversee compliance with Washington DDA/DSHS and applicable WAC requirements Review and assist with policies, procedures, documentation systems, and quality assurance processes Support licensing readiness and administrative compliance efforts Assist with staff training structure, oversight systems, and operational planning Provide guidance regarding participant-centered care and community integration practices Coordinate with leadership regarding startup operations, compliance planning, and program growth Help establish strong operational and ethical standards for the organization Preferred Qualifications Experience in Washington Supported Living, DDA services, IDD programs, adult family homes, residential care, or related human services programs Administrative, supervisory, compliance, or program management experience preferred Familiarity with DSHS, DDA, CCRSS, or supported living regulations strongly preferred Experience with licensing preparation, compliance systems, policies/procedures, or quality assurance is highly valued Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a growing organization Must be able to pass required background checks Additional Information Flexible work arrangements available Remote or hybrid opportunities may be considered for qualified candidates within Washington State Consulting or startup advisory experience is welcome Opportunity for long-term leadership growth within the organization If you are passionate about helping build high-quality community-based services and making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, we encourage you to apply.
