Baptist Health is hiring a Compliance Manager to join our Corporate Compliance team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time hybrid opportunity, with the flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per week. The Corporate Compliance team plays a critical role in supporting Baptist Health's commitment to ethical business practices, regulatory compliance, and organizational integrity. This role is ideal for an experienced compliance professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about risk mitigation, regulatory oversight, and continuous program improvement. The Compliance Manager is central to day-to-day compliance operations, ensuring the organization remains proactive, responsive, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
Compliance Manager Job Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee investigations, issue tracking, and follow-up activities related to compliance matters Monitor key compliance program initiatives, ensuring effectiveness and regulatory alignment Coordinate and support compliance training and education programs across the organization Maintain and update compliance-related policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes and organizational priorities Oversee compliance hotline activities, including intake, investigation tracking, and reporting Manage Conflict of Interest (COI) and Code of Conduct (COC) processes and related compliance activities Monitor and support Open Payments reporting requirements and regulatory compliance obligations Track and communicate regulatory changes, assessing potential organizational impact and recommending actions Collaborate with operational leaders to identify and mitigate compliance risks Support ongoing compliance program development and continuous improvement initiatives
Compliance Manager Experience:
3-5
Years Healthcare Compliance Experience Required Compliance Manager Education & Credential Requirements:
