THE ROLE
As a Compliance Project Manager , you will lead and coordinate compliance-focused projects to ensure timely delivery of project milestones, audit readiness, reporting, and customer commitments. You will partner closely with internal teams and customers to manage risks, close gaps, and maintain compliance with industry standards including ISO and SOC frameworks.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
+ Lead compliance-related projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time delivery of all milestones, reports, and customer commitments
+ Plan, prepare, and conduct on-site and remote audits, including opening and closing meetings, audit execution, gap analysis, and reporting
+ Support Xylem technologies through compliance and certification audits, including ISO and SOC frameworks
+ Develop, track, and report weekly and monthly project metrics, dashboards, and status updates
+ Identify, assess, triage, and drive resolution of quality, performance, and compliance issues impacting project success
+ Manage project changes and drive internal stakeholder accountability for defined deliverables
+ Maintain detailed project tracking for schedules, milestones, resources, inventories, budgets, invoices, and task dependencies
+ Collaborate with internal Xylem teams, customers, and partners to identify trends, mitigate risks, and resolve issues
+ Develop and maintain customer Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, including annual or bi-annual testing
+ Partner with Xylem automation teams to streamline tools, processes, and compliance workflows
+ Promote agile practices and alignment to ITIL frameworks across project execution
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Management, or a related discipline
+ Minimum 5 years of project management experience , preferably in compliance, technology, or regulated environments
