Compliance Senior Manager Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking to add a dynamic compliance specialist to support and manage KDP's corporate compliance programs and provide general support to a variety of legal functions. This new role will be joining a team passionate for supporting KDP's business, collaborating with others and building relationships with senior leaders and key business partners to tackle the ever-changing legal challenges we face as a global company. The Legal team works as an agile team in a fast-paced environment where a sense of humor, accountability, and creativity are the cornerstones of daily life. This position is a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, with in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.
Responsibilities :
Provide guidance to leadership on the implementation and management of KDP's enterprise compliance programs including such topics as anti-corruption, antitrust, and international trade. Conduct risk assessments of existing compliance activities and engage with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate efforts to address areas of opportunity. Partner with leadership and legal colleagues in multiple jurisdictions across North America to monitor, support and coordinate responses to relevant regulatory changes and compliance trends. Oversee and manage KDP's corporate policy governance process, from policy design and development through implementation Partner with Internal Audit to lead enterprise risk management process; develop periodic auditing and reporting for leadership. Support the development and delivery of KDP's compliance training curriculum and compliance communication campaigns in partnership with Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. Assist as requested on other legal matters and projects.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from accredited university; paralegal or compliance certification preferred Minimum 5-10 years of experience preferably with major law firm and in-house corporate experience, handling a variety of complex compliance matters and implementing programs and solutions to meet such requirements Pragmatic service-oriented professional with well-developed ability and passion for analyzing and making complex topics understandable for various audiences Confidence and flexibility to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment A team player who works collaboratively and builds and maintains strong relationships with internal clients and other team members across the legal department
