Guide and HUD Manual 4350.3. Knowledge of reporting requirements for LIHTC Investors Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with HUD Project Based Rental Assistance and the State's Elderly Housing program. Experience with initial lease up certification process for new LIHTC properties Experience with PHA-Web software COS and C3P Tax Credit Certification Responsibilities Review of Annual LIHTC recertifications of residents residing in LIHTC properties Prepare initial and annual HUD recertification packages for residents. Submission of annual Recertification to Navigate Partners (HUD Contractor) Review household certifications to ensure compliance. Submit reports to CHFA, State of CT Department of Housing, and Tax Credit Investor Work closely with on site personnel on preparing income certifications. Perform Pre-Audit inspections of files Salary Range minimum $70,000, and salary commensurate with experience
