Months Overview:
We are seeking a Privacy Compliance Engineer to partner with legal, privacy, and engineering teams to ensure systems and processes align with evolving privacy laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role focuses on translating regulatory requirements into actionable technical implementations and driving compliance across infrastructure and applications. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with legal and privacy teams to interpret and apply privacy laws, regulations, and internal policies Support the development of new privacy policies and implement associated processes and procedures Assess ASE infrastructure and applications for compliance with evolving privacy requirements Identify compliance gaps and develop remediation plans Translate legal and regulatory requirements into technical implementation plans Partner with engineering teams to support execution and ensure alignment with privacy standards Minimum Qualifications 7+ years of experience in privacy compliance and/or privacy engineering Strong understanding of GDPR and CCPA regulations Experience with compliance assessments, audits, and risk evaluations Proficiency in reporting, analysis, and compliance documentation Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Data Privacy, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent problem-solving, communication, and reporting abilities
