Quality and Compliance Supervisor

Vaco Arizona is hiring a Quality & Compliance Supervisor for a leading organization in Mesa. This hybrid role offers up to $100,000 annually and is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving processes, and ensuring organizational compliance at a high level. Responsibilities Lead and support the Quality and Compliance team through coaching, guidance, and daily oversight Train and onboard new employees to ensure understanding of compliance expectations Ensure compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations Coordinate audits, reviews, and compliance investigations Collaborate with leadership and cross?functional teams to resolve compliance issues Monitor quality assurance programs and identify opportunities for improvement Assist with corrective action plans and follow up on findings Track and investigate complaints, incidents, and compliance concerns Help develop and update policies, procedures, and internal controls Create reports and track key compliance metrics Present compliance updates, risks, and findings to leadership Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast?paced environment Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, compliance and auditing Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
