- Full-time Multi-Site Compliance Specialist An established real estate organization with properties across multiple states is seeking a Compliance & Operations Specialist to support a portfolio of residential communities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular site visits to assigned communities. Review applicant, move-in, and recertification files for accuracy and compliance. Monitor waiting list procedures and occupancy practices. Perform onsite and remote audits of resident files and compliance documentation. Assist property teams with compliance-related questions and problem-solving. Support onsite operations during staffing shortages or management transitions. Evaluate curb appeal, unit readiness, and overall property condition. Provide training and guidance to community staff on compliance procedures. Review reporting systems and ensure required follow-up actions are completed. Assist with preparation for regulatory reviews, audits, and inspections. Work closely with management to identify and correct compliance concerns. Complete additional assignments as needed.Qualifications:
Experience in multifamily housing, compliance, property management, or a related field. Knowledge of affordable housing regulations preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
