The Manager:
RMA & Compliance Operations is a technically oriented role responsible for end-to-end management of returns (RMA) process, ISO 9001 management system, and internal and external audit programs. This position serves as the operational owner of post-sales product flow — coordinating closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, contract manufacturers (CMs), and ODM partners globally to ensure timely disposition of returned units, root cause resolution, and continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on expertise in compliance systems, supplier management, and hardware product lifecycle, and functions as a key technical contributor within the Operations organization.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of progressive operations or compliance management experience in electronics, hardware, or IoT manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated experience managing RMA or reverse logistics operations, including 3PL and CM/ODM coordination.
- Hands-on
ISO 9001
management system experience, including document control ownership and management review facilitation.
- Certified Lead Auditor for
ISO 9001
(or equivalent); proven track record conducting internal and supplier audits. Preferred
IATF 16949
Lead Auditor certification.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience in a fabless semiconductor or IoT hardware company.
- Familiarity with RoHS, REACH, or other regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Experience working with Asian CM/ODM partners (Taiwan, China, Thailand).
