Job Description
Key Responsibilities Provide oversight of customs processes and compliance activities across the business Support the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices related to customs and trade Act as a key point of contact for regulatory matters and external stakeholders as needed Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth cross-border operations Monitor changes in regulations and industry trends, helping guide internal response Assist in identifying areas for process improvements and risk mitigation Contribute to broader trade and compliance initiatives Qualifications U.S. Customs Broker License Relevant experience in customs, trade compliance, or related areas General understanding of import/export regulations and processes Strong communication and organizational skills
