Product Operations & Compliance Manager Source Vitál Apothecary is a Houston based manufacturer of natural skin care, body care, aromatherapy, and wellness products. Since 1989, we have produced high quality products for retail, wholesale, and private label customers while maintaining a commitment to craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and operational excellence. We are seeking a Product Operations & Compliance Manager to help coordinate the systems, documentation, processes, and communication that keep our manufacturing organization running smoothly. This role sits at the intersection of product development, manufacturing, inventory, compliance, purchasing, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate enjoys creating structure, improving processes, organizing information, and helping teams work together effectively. What You'll Do Product Operations & Documentation:
Maintain product records, operational documentation, SOPs, and process workflows that support manufacturing and inventory operations. Compliance & Regulatory Coordination:
Support documentation and processes related to MoCRA, GMP, labeling, and product compliance. Inventory & Systems Management:
Help maintain inventory processes, product databases, ingredient records, and operational systems that support accurate production and planning. Project & Launch Coordination:
Coordinate operational aspects of new product launches, packaging updates, special projects, and large customer orders. Cross Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the owners, Batchmaker, Purchasing Manager, warehouse team, Product Lead/Formulator(s), and sales team to keep projects moving and information flowing. What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience managing documentation, projects, or operational processes Strong communication and follow through Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Experience working with inventory, ERP, manufacturing, or operational software systems Ability to work effectively across multiple departments Bonus Points For Experience in cosmetics, personal care, wellness, supplements, food manufacturing, or other regulated industries Familiarity with GMP or compliance environments Experience supporting product launches and packaging changes Experience working in a manufacturing environment Why Join Source Vitál?
