MANAGER VALIDATION AND COMPLIANCE INVOICING

(full time SALARY w/ benefits) Position must be on site in Killeen, TX.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-driven and highly organized Manager - Validation & Compliance Invoicing to lead the accuracy and integrity of our operational billing process. In this role, you will ensure that all invoices and supporting documentation are complete, compliant, and submitted on time for reimbursement and recoupment. You'll play a key role in protecting financial accuracy, strengthening operational accountability, and ensuring seamless coordination between subcontractors, internal teams, and customer requirements. This is a hands-on leadership position where precision, process improvement, and consistency directly impact operational success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Validate subcontractor invoices against contracts, orders, and approved costs Ensure billed services match authorized and completed work Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, duplicates, and scope variances Maintain organized digital records and audit-ready documentation Support financial reconciliation and reporting processes Manage invoice cycles and ensure all deadlines are met

WHAT YOU BRING

3+ years of accounting, billing, or financial reconciliation experience Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills Excellent organization and documentation management abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and billing cycles Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial tracking systems Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong leadership experience improving team productivity and process quality Experience streamlining billing or reconciliation processes in a structure operational environment

Pay:

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
