Position Summary Beacon Behavioral Partners is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to support the continued development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's healthcare compliance program. This role will help ensure alignment with applicable federal and state regulations, OIG guidance, internal policies, and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities Support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of Beacon's healthcare compliance program in alignment with OIG guidance and regulatory expectations. Assist with compliance program build-out, including policies, procedures, monitoring tools, reporting processes, and education initiatives. Manage or support compliance training and education through compliance platforms and learning systems. Oversee exclusion checks, sanction screening, and related follow-up processes. Support credentialing-related compliance processes and ensure required documentation and workflows are maintained. Help investigate, document, and manage hotline reports, compliance concerns, and internal investigations. Develop, review, and update compliance policies and procedures. Partner with operational and clinical leaders to identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions. Track compliance initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables using strong project management practices. Assist with compliance audits, monitoring activities, risk assessments, and reporting. Maintain organized documentation of compliance activities, findings, corrective actions, and resolutions. Travel as needed to support compliance initiatives, site visits, training, and operational needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5-7 years of healthcare compliance experience. Knowledge of OIG compliance program guidance and healthcare regulatory requirements. Experience with healthcare compliance platforms, training systems, and education programs. Experience with exclusion checking, credentialing processes, compliance investigations, and policy development. Strong project management, organizational, and follow-up skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with professionalism and discretion. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and travel approximately 25%. Preferred Qualifications Healthcare compliance certification through HCCA, such as CHC, preferred. Juris Doctor or attorney background preferred. Behavioral health, physician practice, or multi-site healthcare experience preferred. Experience building or scaling a compliance program in a growing healthcare organization. This person should be comfortable building processes, managing projects, supporting investigations, working with compliance technology, and partnering with leadership to strengthen compliance infrastructure across a growing healthcare organization.
