Weekly Pay Direct deposit & debit card payment options Health, vision, dental, life, and disability insurance (Client-offered benefits details will be provided during the interview process) Why You'll Love This Job Direct-hire leadership role with strong salary range High-impact position overseeing quality systems, compliance, and accreditation Opportunity to strengthen data integrity, LIMS controls, and audit readiness Work with a team focused on continuous improvement and customer confidence Duties & Responsibilities Provide leadership and accountability for the integrity of laboratory work and regulatory standing Own lab data integrity and systems (ALCOA principles: attributable, legible, contemporaneous, original, accurate) Maintain/oversee LIMS and audit trails , raw data retention, traceability, and controlled documentation practices Ensure electronic records compliance with 21 CFR Part 11 (as applicable) Lead regulatory compliance activities (as applicable), including audit readiness and inspection support Define roles, responsibilities, and training to maintain impartiality, integrity, and confidentiality Ensure validity of results through technical oversight (method validation, measurement traceability, technical expertise) Drive quality management practices aligned to ISO/IEC 17025 and continuous improvement Manage document control, recordkeeping, internal audits, and management review activities Lead CAPA and nonconformance handling (root cause analysis, corrective actions, preventive actions) Manage resources including equipment, supplies, calibration activities, and staffing competency Maintain customer focus by ensuring requirements are understood and met; address complaints and feedback Support business performance by tracking client KPIs and contributing to growth activities as needed Qualifications & Requirements Required 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience (Lab Manager, Quality Manager, Lab Supervisor, or similar) Working knowledge of
ISO/IEC 17025
quality systems and accreditation expectations Strong background in data integrity , documentation control, and audit readiness Experience implementing/maintaining lab systems (LIMS, controlled records, traceability) Proven ability to lead teams, coach performance, and drive continuous improvement Preferred Experience in regulated environments (FDA, USDA, GMP, nutraceutical, food, pharma, chemical, or similar) Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 principles and electronic record controls Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, or related scientific field (or equivalent experience) Strong CAPA, root cause analysis, and internal audit leadership experience About our Client's Company This organization operates a quality-driven laboratory and manufacturing environment where accuracy, compliance, and customer confidence are essential.
