This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of regulatory strategy, product development, and global market access. The Manager will have the following qualifications: Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related field 7+ years in product environmental or chemical compliance (medical device experience preferred) Strong knowledge of RoHS, REACH/SVHC, P‑gas, WEEE, TSCA, Proposition 65 Experience with EU MDR technical documentation and
ISO 13485
environments Skilled in documentation, regulatory interpretation, and cross‑functional collaboration MUST speak Mandarin Background in toxicology or ecotoxicology is a plus The Manager will have the following responsibilities: Ensure global product compliance with environmental and chemical regulations Review materials, components, and supplier documentation for regulatory risk Support regulatory submissions and technical documentation with compliance evidence Integrate environmental requirements into product design and lifecycle management Manage supplier compliance programs and maintain accurate product records Monitor regulatory changes and advise internal teams on impact Support Environmental Risk Assessments (ERA) for medicinal products
