Creative Ownership:
You'll be the translator between policy and practice, determining the most effective communication method—maybe a step‑by‑step guide, a visual workflow, or a crisp explainer.
What You'll Do Regulatory Simplification:
Translate new and existing laws into straightforward, accessible materials fro housing providers.
Training & Education:
Build learning tools—videos, quizzes, and other interactive content—that make compliance easier to understand.
Resource Management:
Keep our forms, checklists, and support documents up to date as laws evolve.
Member Support:
Provide accurate, well‑sourced answers to compliance questions from our members. What You Bring Must-Haves Experience designing adult learning materials that hold attention and drive retention. Experience with landlord‑tenant law or regulatory compliance. Skill in turning complex legal concepts into clear, actionable information. Strong writing abilities and a knack for engaging communication. Sharp attention to detail (if you spotted a typo in this posting, mention it in your application). Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with housing providers or property management. Comfort working within an LMS or certification environment. The ability to make even dry topics feel approachable. Bachelor's degree in public policy, law, education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Perks & Pay Salary:
$70,000 - $85,000 (Based on experience)
