Full-Time Position Overview Vital Guard Pharma LLC is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Designated Representative (DR) / Compliance Manager to oversee regulatory compliance, wholesale distribution operations, licensing requirements, and day-to-day facility oversight. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations governing prescription drug and prescription medical device distribution, including support for DEA, state licensing, and accreditation requirements. The Designated Representative must be actively involved in daily operations and serve as a key member of management responsible for ensuring ongoing compliance and operational excellence. ⸻ Minimum Qualifications Applicants must meet all of the following requirements: Age Requirement Must be at least 21 years of age Experience Requirement Must possess a minimum of three (3) years of full-time experience in one or more of the following: Pharmacy operations Wholesale prescription drug distribution Wholesale medical device distribution Pharmaceutical distribution management Healthcare supply chain management related to prescription products Management Experience Must have served in a supervisory, management, leadership, compliance, operations, or equivalent role Demonstrated experience overseeing employees, operations, inventory, compliance programs, or regulatory requirements Operational Involvement Must be actively involved in daily facility operations Must participate in compliance oversight, operational procedures, and management activities Must maintain familiarity with all applicable company policies and procedures Physical Presence Requirement Must be regularly present at the facility during normal business hours Must be available for inspections, audits, regulatory visits, and operational oversight as needed Background Requirements Must successfully pass all required background checks Must successfully complete fingerprinting requirements if required by regulators Must not have any disqualifying criminal convictions Must not have any felony convictions that would prohibit licensure or regulatory approval Must not have any drug-related convictions that would prohibit licensure or regulatory approval ⸻ Primary Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations Assist with DEA registration and compliance requirements Assist with state licensing requirements Support accreditation programs and inspections Maintain required compliance documentation Facility Oversight Oversee daily facility operations Ensure proper handling, storage, and distribution procedures are followed Monitor compliance with company SOPs Assist in implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs Inspection Management Serve as company representative during inspections Assist with regulatory audits and compliance reviews Coordinate corrective actions when required Maintain inspection readiness at all times Documentation & Recordkeeping Maintain required operational records Review and update SOPs Ensure documentation remains accurate and compliant Assist with licensing applications and renewals Management & Leadership Work closely with executive leadership Assist in developing compliance programs Train and support staff regarding regulatory requirements Promote a culture of compliance and operational excellence ⸻ Preferred Qualifications The following are preferred but not required: Previous experience serving as a Designated Representative Experience with wholesale pharmaceutical distribution Experience with prescription medical device distribution Experience with DEA-regulated operations Experience with state licensing inspections Experience preparing facilities for accreditation inspections Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain operations Compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs experience ⸻ Compensation Compensation is competitive and will be based on experience, qualifications, regulatory expertise, and industry background. ⸻ How to Apply Qualified candidates should submit a resume detailing relevant pharmacy, pharmaceutical distribution, medical device distribution, compliance, regulatory, and management experience.
