CEO, HR Manager, Program Coordinator/Manager _______________________________________________________________________BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for overseeing, tracking, and ensuring organizational compliance with all regulatory, licensing, certification, and training requirements. This role operates within the Human Resources department and is under the direction of the HR Manager, Program Coordinator, and Program Manager to actively manage compliance related processes for all staff and group homes.SCOPE OF WORK
Coordinates and monitors all compliance activities to ensure adherence to agency policies and state and federal regulations. This includes managing deadlines, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all employees and programs meet required standards. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively manage compliance timelines and communications.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Track and manage all compliance-related requirements for all staff and group homes. Send out compliance reminders via email and text for expiring certifications, licenses, and required training. Coordinate and assign training through Relias and/or Docusign platforms. Conduct regular audits of employee files and program records to ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations. Identify compliance gaps and report findings to leadership team. Communicate compliance requirements clearly to staff and leadership.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
; Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of HIPAA laws of 1996 and confidentiality standards. Familiarity with tracking systems and training platforms (Relias/Docusign preferred) Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a high school diploma or GED 1-year minimum experience in HR and/or Compliance Experience with compliance tracking, licensing, or credentialing preferred Must be at least eighteen years of age and have a valid Alaska Driver License Must be able to pass a Criminal Background Check Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to work in an office setting Position may require extended hours including evenings and weekends, travel to client's residency. This is NOT a remote positionNote:
