Direct Hire Salary Range:
$70,000 - $85,000 Position Overview The Compliance Analyst supports the company's compliance program by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices. This role focuses on monitoring compliance risks, assisting with audits and regulatory filings, and providing guidance on compliance matters to internal teams. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Compliance Program Effectiveness Timely Completion of Compliance Audits & Reviews Regulatory Filings & Reporting Accuracy Incident Reporting & Resolution Timeliness Primary Duties / Key Responsibilities Assist in the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory adherence Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments, audits, and testing to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions Monitor regulatory developments and communicate relevant updates to internal teams Support preparation and submission of regulatory filings, reports, and disclosures Collaborate with operations, risk, and legal teams to address compliance concerns Assist in responding to regulatory inquiries, exams, and audits by gathering required documentation Conduct compliance training sessions and develop educational materials to support awareness across the organization Maintain accurate compliance records, audit documentation, and issue tracking logs Identify opportunities to improve compliance processes and strengthen monitoring efforts Qualifications Bachelor's degree is required 2-4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs (financial services preferred) Strong knowledge of financial regulations (SEC, FINRA, and related regulatory bodies) Ability to interpret regulatory guidance and communicate effectively across teams Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Must have MS Excel experience Experience with compliance monitoring and reporting tools preferred About Pinnacle The Pinnacle Groups work hard to pair top talent with great companies.
