In this role, you will work with key teams across Tesla to launch business-critical service campaigns and ensure our customers have the best ownership experience possible. The Service Campaign Specialist will coordinate several workflows to define, develop, and communicate the repair solution for Service teams. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes and operations, as well as the willingness to adapt to and excel in a dynamic business environment. You should be a problem solver who can work with a large number of stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams to a common goal. The Service Campaign Specialist will need to be able to keep the "big picture" in mind while addressing the unique operational challenges we face. What You'll Do Manage multiple Service Campaigns and initiatives to improve vehicle quality Collaborate in a cross-functional team environment to drive various campaigns from inception to execution in the field Support ongoing improvements of service campaign processes and systems Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and exercise sound business judgment. Interact in a professional manner with senior executives. Effectively handle multiple priorities to meet all objectives and deadlines Audit historic campaigns for accuracy, content improvement Take ownership of internal policy documentation where needed and ensure all campaign activity is properly tracked and maintained What You'll Bring 2-4 years of project management experience and/or 3+ years of professional experience Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a high degree of professionalism Experience in cross-functional project management, and proven ability to drive projects to successful conclusion. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners Vehicle legislation and homologation experience would be desirable Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and navigate through an ambiguous environment; enjoys challenges. Ability to deliver results through influence without authority Highly organized, with good time management skills, attention to detail and sense of urgency. Proven ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems Proficient in using software such as Microsoft office, Vizio, Jira, confluence. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
