Job Description

Position Summary Fitness International, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated entry-level Permits & Inspections Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the maintenance and tracking of permits across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between club management, inspectors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure all inspections are completed on time and compliance requirements are met. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain inspection schedules for assigned club locations. Coordinate fire, pool, health, and safety inspections with local authorities and third-party vendors. Assist with preparing, submitting, and tracking business license and permit applications for club locations Review inspection reports and document findings, violations, and corrective actions and ensure deficiencies identified during inspections are addressed and resolved within required timeframes. Maintain accurate records of all permits, certifications, and compliance documentation in internal systems Coordinate with municipal agencies, vendors, and internal departments to obtain required approvals Research local regulatory requirements and communicate updates to relevant teams Generate compliance reports and provide status updates to regional and corporate management. Assist with audits and support company-wide compliance initiatives. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience with compliance tracking, facilities management, property management, or inspection coordination preferred. Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
