Job Description

Company Overview Modern Nuclear Inc. is a long-standing provider of mobile nuclear medicine diagnostic services, established in 1988. We deliver mobile diagnostic services across various locations, supporting healthcare providers with advanced imaging technology and a caring and efficient staff. Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to uphold the integrity of our operations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards within the medical imaging industry. The successful candidate will oversee compliance programs, monitor regulatory changes, and recommend changes to the compliance committee as needed with new regulation. Responsibilities Oversee and monitor the implementation and operation of the compliance program. Advising on compliance risks, risks related to strategic and operational decisions, and the operation of compliance program. Chair the Compliance Committee. Report quarterly on implementation, operation, and needs of the compliance program, any compliance risks, the methods of addressing or can address those risks, and all the reporting requirements. Develop and implement policies, procedures, processes, and programs designed to ensure compliance with the requirements. Revise the compliance program periodically in light of changes in the needs of the organization, applicable law, and policies and procedures of third-party payors. Coordinate with other relevant departments to develop work plans for reviewing, monitoring, and auditing compliance risks. Monitor the day-to-day compliance activities. Perform other duties related to the compliance program. Preferred Experience Proven experience in a compliance role within the healthcare industry. Familiarity with medical imaging regulations, healthcare laws, and industry standards. Proficiency with software that can be used for compliance tracking or reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulatory information accurately. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey compliance requirements and foster organizational understanding. Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational capabilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
