Job Description:
Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a MSO medical group in Long Beach. They are looking to hire multiple Medical Credentialing Analyst's. This will be for a 6-8 month project. The pay is $25-$30 per hour based on experience. Credentialing Analyst (Temp) This role supports high-volume provider credentialing operations to ensure timely onboarding, data accuracy, and compliance with NCQA, CMS, State, and Health Plan requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and process credentialing/recredentialing files (collect, review, and organize provider documentation) Follow up with providers/practices for missing or incomplete information Perform and coordinate Primary Source Verification (PSV) (licenses, DEA, board certs, education, sanctions, malpractice) Support provider onboarding and track credentialing packet completion Maintain accurate data entry and updates in credentialing systems Monitor and report on: File completeness Recredentialing expirations Cycle times and backlog Assist with audit readiness (NCQA, health plan, internal audits) and file quality reviews Validate provider demographic and roster data Support backlog reduction and special projects Handle administrative tasks (document scanning, indexing, system updates)
Focus of Role:
Increase credentialing capacity during high-volume periods (onboarding, acquisitions, expansions, audits) while ensuring compliance and timely provider activation.
