Under supervision of the Secretary Manager III (CEO), the Analyst I performs analytical, administrative, and program support duties related to Fairgrounds Property Management, RV and camping programs, long term rentals, fair time event and vendor operations, contract drafting and management, and Accounts Receivable (AR). This position supports revenue-generating operations by assisting with preparation and administration of contracts and agreements; gathering, compiling, reconciling, and analyzing operational and financial data; supporting billing and collections; tracking rentals, occupancy and related costs; and helping ensure compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations. The position does not manage short-term facility and grounds rentals occurring outside of the annual fair period, although it supports other operational roles in their management. The Analyst I applies analytical skills and exercises independent judgment within established guidelines to assist with operations involving RV/camping, event rentals, fair time vendors and events, and related bidding and contracts. The incumbent supports planning, monitoring, forecasting, reporting, customer service, and contract administration functions while developing knowledge of Fairgrounds systems and State procedures. The position also provides front office support and serves as a primary point of public contact by performing receptionist and administrative support duties as needed.
