Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director, Digital Gaming Compliance, the Responsible Gaming (RG) Compliance Analyst is responsible for developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining all aspects of the compliance program and associated Regulations, specifically with regard to Responsible Gambling. They are responsible for assisting in the process of developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance with internal controls and procedures. Primary Duties and Responsibilities includes but is not limited to: Performs work in implementing RG program including, but not limited to, assisting development and auditing of marketing and advertising campaigns and materials; auditing websites and social media pages for compliance with standards; ensuring third-party compliance with internet gaming regulatory standards; and other related regulatory matters Maintains the company's problem gambling outreach and training program, including development of training materials and outreach to at-risk patrons and development of public education campaigns Works with internal stakeholders to assist in the development of training and ongoing monitoring criteria as it relates to the detection of and response to problem gambling behaviors Audits patron behavior for problem gambling signs and symptoms and, in collaboration with the Director of Compliance, adjusts patron RG risk rating as appropriate Communicates effectively with all appropriate corporate and operational departments Provides guidance to internal and external partners regarding questions specific to compliance with RG standards and requirements Participates in external RG certification and training programs to ensure subject area expertise. Other duties as requiredMinimum Education and Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field Three years' experience in a gaming compliance monitoring environment with an understanding of compliance and regulatory principles, specifically as they relate to marketing and advertising compliance and Responsible Gambling Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and pronounced interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills Excellent time management skills Ability to maintain strictest of confidential information Advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook Equivalent combination of education and progressive, relevant, and direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational/experience requirements indicated above.Competencies:
Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position: Knowledge of all regulatory and jurisdictional licensing requirements (individual and entity) Adheres to compliance and workplace policies, standard operating procedures and jurisdictional regulations and laws Knowledge of Mohegan corporate and department policies and procedures Effective utilization of Mohegan performance evaluation programs Thorough understanding of the Mohegan Tribal Employment Rights ordinance (TERO) as it relates to employmentTraining Requirements:
Must attend all appropriate Human Resources Training classes All licensing information courses offered by State and International Regulators Knowledge of systems that will assist in the organizational efforts and other compliance department responsibilitiesPhysical Demands and Work Environment:
