Collect and review supporting documentation for monitoring to ensure that that individuals comply with company policies/procedures. Ensure accuracy and completeness of entries in the monitoring system and shareroom. Work with Compliance & Integrity team members and Business Partners to provide; monitoring results, resolve data and system issues. Assist with identifying process improvements, maintaining the current monitoring system, and documenting processes and procedures. Computer skills (MS suite), proficient in MS Excel to include experience with formulas, pivot tables and V-Lookups, proficient in Powerpoint. Excellent written and verbal communication. Candidate must have strong organizational and analytical skills and flexibility to manage multiple business priorities concurrently with minimal/no supervision. Ability to learn systems and processes rapidly. Experience with any monitoring systems/platforms, plus any other systems such as Veeva, Concur, Propel, a plus. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
