401k Specialist (Part -Time) Simsbury, CT | $50,000 -$60,000 Why This Role is for You Looking for a flexible, high-impact role where your retirement plan expertise truly matters? ' This position is ideal for someone who enjoys advising clients, presenting to groups, and playing a strategic role in retirement plan management, all within a supportive and growing firm. What You'll Be Doing Provide guidance on 401(k) plan design, compliance, and fiduciary oversight Deliver engaging presentations to employees and plan participants Partner with advisors and TPAs to implement and manage plans Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks Support annual plan reviews and regulatory requirements Assist with enrollment and participant support Contribute to plan benchmarking and growth initiatives What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in retirement plans or financial services • Series 7 and 66 REQUIRED!
