Job Description
The HR Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role involves conducting audits, maintaining documentation, and providing guidance on HR-related legal requirements.

BachelorsResponsibilities Develop and update HR policies in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Provide training and guidance to HR staff and management on compliance issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HR compliance. Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues or concerns. Stay up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations. Collaborate with legal counsel or external consultants as needed.Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in HR compliance, legal, or related roles. strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to interpret legal language and implement policies accordingly. Attention to detail and high level of integrity.Preferred:
