Wilmington DE As a Marketing Compliance Reviewer, you will be: Day to Day Responsibilities Reviewing proposed marketing and advertising content developed by marketing teams to ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations internal policies and regulatory expectations. Evaluates content for compliance with consumer protection requirements including the Truth in Lending Act TILA Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA and principles articulated by federal banking regulators including unfair deceptive or abusive acts or practices UDAAP standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Marketing Compliance/ Legal advertisement laws Legal regulatory and reputational risk Familiarity with what is required to comply with the consumer protection and marketing laws Qualified candidates should

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range•: $40- $45 per hour •Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
