Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue Communicating with the public, so good customer Advise complainant of the Division's jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa. Document the actions in the OnBase system

Ability to speak and understand English High school diploma Excellent written and oral communication with the public Ability to read and interrupt Florida State Statues Experience working with the public and analyzing complaintsExperience working with the public in a professional work environment Experience using Versa Experience using OnBase system Bachelors Degree- Desired
