Job Description

Job Overview:
A leading private credit firm is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support fundraising, investor relations, business development and project management.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key point of contact for investors, handling inquiries and providing timely and accurate information. Prepare and generate reports on financial performance, fund activities, and other relevant data for distribution to investors. Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of investor transactions, agreements, and compliance-related materials. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth operations and adherence to regulatory requirements. Assist in organizing investor meetings, conferences, and events to foster positive relationships and provide updates on the firm's activities. Utilize technology and software to manage investor databases, track communications, and generate reports. Conduct analysis on market trends, investor behavior, and other factors influencing the firm's relationship with investors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. 2- 5 years of experience in investor relations or operations within the financial industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and organized records. Proficiency in using relevant software and technology. Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret financial data.
