Join a collaborative Financial Aid team at Seminole State College, where you'll support student success by ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance within federal and state financial aid programs. What You'll Do Coordinate and monitor the administration of federal and state financial aid programs to ensure Title IV compliance Oversee financial aid disbursements and student eligibility requirements Support troubleshooting and optimization within PeopleSoft and Oracle Student Financial Planning (SFP). Collaborate with IT and technical teams as needed. Coordinate Direct Loan processing and required federal reporting Partner with Finance and Budget teams on reconciliation and disbursement activity Coordinate required external reporting and assist with process improvements in response to regulatory changes and operational needs Provide guidance and support to staff on systems, compliance updates, and best practices Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field 2+ years of financial aid experience Preferred Qualifications Progressive professional experience in financial aid Strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills Why Join Seminole State?
