Compliance Coordinator Location Tampa, Florida 33637 Date Posted April 10, 2026 Job ID 14443 Employment Type Direct Hire Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Compliance Coordinator for a growing, operations-focused organization. This is a fully onsite role based in Tampa, FL.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Compliance Coordinator will support the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining audit readiness, supporting reporting processes, and driving continuous improvement across compliance operations. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support the development and execution of compliance programs, policies, and SOPs
  • Monitor regulatory updates and conduct research to inform business decisions
  • Prepare compliance reports for weekly and executive-level reviews
  • Oversee audit processes and ensure adherence to compliance timelines and standards
  • Identify and resolve compliance issues, recommending risk-mitigating solutions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement training, tools, and compliance initiatives
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in compliance, regulatory, administrative, or coordination-focused roles
  • Familiarity with compliance tools, document tracking systems, or onboarding platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work across teams
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adapt in a fast-paced environment
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
