Job Description

Part-Time Compliance & Quality Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & Quality Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 25 hours per week) at our Pocatello Home Care office. This position offers flexible scheduling between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Work closely with supervisors to review and maintain staff documentation for compliance Update and manage client authorizations within our software system Perform audits of charts and progress notes Assist in developing and tracking corrective action plans Conduct client and employee satisfaction surveys Review and audit service plans for accuracy and compliance Help prepare documentation for state inspections and audits Maintain Home Care binders and ensure documentation standards are met Stay up to date with program policies, procedures, and regulations Support additional quality assurance and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent required Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Strong computer proficiency Team-oriented with a willingness to support others Positive attitude and strong work ethic Excellent written and verbal communication skills Join one of Idaho's leading home care providers and be part of a team that values quality, compliance, and exceptional service.
