Job Description:
We're partnering with a high-growth, nationally recognized real estate investment and development platform to add a Senior Security Analyst to their team. This organization operates at scale and is continuing to invest heavily in building out a modern, enterprise-level security program. This role sits at the intersection of vendor risk management, user access governance, and security compliance , supporting initiatives tied to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and broader risk remediation efforts. What You'll Do Support and execute user access reviews (UARs) across enterprise systems Contribute to third-party risk management (TPRM) workflows, including vendor onboarding and ongoing assessments Partner on NIST-aligned risk remediation and control improvement initiatives Assist with security policy development , audit readiness, and compliance tracking Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Legal, and business stakeholders What They're Looking For 3-5 years of experience in security, IT risk, or GRC within an enterprise environment Exposure to vendor risk / TPRM and user access audits Familiarity with NIST CSF or similar frameworks Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to operate in a collaborative environment Experience with TPRM tools (e.g., ProcessUnity or similar) Background supporting audits, compliance, or security programs at scale This is a strong opportunity to join a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where security is a strategic priority and not just a compliance function.
