Position Summary:

USA Clinics Group is seeking a detail-oriented Accreditation Assistant to support our operations team in maintaining regulatory and accreditation standards across all clinic locations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with organizations such as AAAHC and IAC, helping drive consistency, quality, and operational excellence.

Full-Time, Monday-Friday (onsite)

Compensation:

$24-$28hr based on experience and qualifications Travel to clinics out of state up to 20% required

Responsibilities:

Support accreditation efforts across all clinics, ensuring compliance with AAAHC and IAC standards Assist in preparing for regulatory surveys, audits, and site visits Maintain and organize accreditation documentation, policies, and records Track compliance requirements and deadlines across multiple locations Partner with clinic teams to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and identify gaps Assist with implementation of process improvements to strengthen compliance efforts Travel to clinic locations as needed to support accreditation and operational initiatives
