This role plays a critical part in maintaining I-9, E-Verify, background check, and minor worker hiring compliance while partnering closely with field leadership and internal teams. What You'll Do:

Manage I-9, E-Verify, background check, and minor worker hiring processes to ensure full compliance with federal and state regulations Conduct audits and resolve discrepancies across employment eligibility, minor worker hiring, and verification processes Administer E-Verify and background checks, including MVR annual checks Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure proper documentation retention Support field teams with training, compliance guidance, and hiring procedures Manage daily Talent Acquisition help cases and provide timely resolution Track and report compliance metrics and activity to leadership Assist recruiters with sourcing efforts using various tools

What We're Looking For:
