Job Description:
Our client a well known Financial Services company is seeking an Entry level Analyst in their Andover, MA Location! Duties & Accountabilitie sCoordinate and review tax documents (IRS Forms W-8 and W-9, and CRS self-certifications), ensuring completeness and accuracy in line with operational standards and regulatory requirements .Lead due diligence processes related to account onboarding, form solicitations, and account remediation efforts .Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day review processes and urgent escalations professionally and efficiently .Provide subject matter expertise on tax statutes, authority guidance, and industry best practices in response to team inquiries .Handle tax compliance and remediation requests in accordance with IRS regulations and internal protocols, supporting audit exposure mitigation .Assist with withholding rate calculations and verify tax treaty benefits before distributions and payment events .Monitor legislative and regulatory developments affecting withholding and reporting requirements .Respond to queries regarding tax software solutions and form validation logic .Participate in status meetings to discuss validation progress and processing questions .Work quickly, accurately, and efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail .Adhere to all company policies, including data protection and confidentiality requirements .Successfully complete any required background checks and drug testing . Education & Experien ceBachelor's Degree required; tax internships or related experience highly desirabl e.1-3 years' experience preferred, including customer service or financial data operation s.
