SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

The 1031 Exchange Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and maintaining exchange files and coordinating all real estate closings

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Document Preparation:

Partner with customers and title closers to draft exchange paperwork .

Closing Compliance:

Review settlement statements and purchase contracts for tax-rule alignment .

Timeline Tracking:

Monitor strict statutory deadlines for 1031 exchange completion.

Client Advisory:

Guide customers on complex exchange taxation rules under management supervision.

Financial Control:

Track and account for all incoming transactional exchange fees.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Real Estate Knowledge:

Experience with transactions and closing processes is highly valued .

Transferable Skills:

Legal or accounting backgrounds translate directly into this compliance role .

Regulatory Focus :
