The Senior Analyst supports the planning, coordination and execution of employee communication activities for Legal, Contracts & Compliance (LCC). This role contributes to the LCC communications strategy by assisting with content development, project coordination, metrics tracking, town hall execution and cross‑functional partnership. This includes managing employee communication metrics for LCC, working with the Brand Reputation and Business Employee Communications teams, to drive engagement and continuously improve.
What You Will Do:
Supports the execution and project coordination of activities aligned to the LCC employee communications strategy. Coordinates the editorial process for LCC content, including submissions to enterprise channels and translation requests, ensuring alignment with enterprise and business communications. Tracks and reports metrics for LCC employee communications (such as meetings, articles, emails, and newsletters) in collaboration with the Brand Reputation COE analytics team, including contributing to deep‑dive content analyses twice per year. Assists with quarterly communications metrics reporting for the Deferred Prosecution Agreements and SEC order compliance enhancement self‑certification process. Supports communication planning and execution for LCC, including drafting articles, toolkits and leadership messages. Provides communications support for LCC town hall meetings, such as preparing key messages, coordinating materials, developing surveys and assisting with follow‑up communications. Builds effective working relationships with internal partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of communication deliverables.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.
