You enjoy supporting team objectives and working with internal partners to keep projects moving forward. The Role We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our Compliance team. In this role, you'll provide administrative and operational support during a period of increased regulatory activity while helping maintain efficient compliance operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is known for organization, accuracy, and follow-through. What You'll Do Support routine administrative and operational compliance activities Manage and organize compliance records, logs, trackers, and documentation Assist with intake and routing of compliance-related requests Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and recurring compliance activities Organize, index, and maintain electronic files and records Assist with reviewing policies, procedures, templates, and compliance documentation for consistency and organization Utilize available technology and AI-enabled tools to support document review and process efficiency Help identify outdated materials requiring review by Compliance team members Support the maintenance of compliance templates, forms, and reference materials Assist with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks Coordinate information and documentation collection from internal business partners Support scheduling, meeting preparation, and compliance project administration Assist with organizing documentation for regulatory examinations and audits Maintain version control and file organization for examination-related materials What You Bring Currently pursuing or recently completed a college degree preferred 0-2 years of internship, part-time employment, campus leadership, volunteer, or administrative experience preferred Interest in compliance, financial services, business operations, risk management, or a related field Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to learn new technology and software tools quickly Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information Must be authorized to work in the United States Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required Compensation & Benefits The estimated hourly rate for this role is $24.23 - $33.32 per hour. This role is also eligible for Employee Sick & Safe Time (ESST). For more details on ESST, visit the Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry's website. Rates are based on job relation, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for variable pay.
