Assists with ensuring products marketed meet regulatory requirements related to GHS, USMCA, Import/Export regulations, REACH and other regulatory entities as required.
ESSENTIAL
DUTIES and
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and approves industrial and consumer packaging to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Manages internal and external product regulatory requests by assigning ownership and updating status'. Organizes, updates and controls SDS documents and records. Validates data basis related to Proposition 65, SVHC, REACH and all other relevant regulatory bodies. Maintains well-organized records that allow ready retrieval of required information. Prepares documentation to assist in fulfilling requests associated to USMCA. Completes product and chemical classification of shipping hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Supports new product development. Actively participates in initiatives to improve processes and procedures. Performs other product stewardship functions as assigned. Requires outstanding verbal and written communication skills Must be highly motivated, self-starter Detail oriented and organized. Excellent comprehension skills Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment 1-3 years' experience in regulatory chemical and product compliance Experience with OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard is a plus Knowledge in Consumer and Industrial product labeling is a plus Training in 49 CFR, USDOT, IATA, and IMDG is a plus

The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $75,000 and $86,000 annually. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below: Experience and qualifications: The depth of relevant experience and specific skills you bring to the position. Education and certifications: Any additional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in the role.
